CRCA Office and Community Center Updates

Greetings!

In continued response to the ongoing COVID-19 outbreak, the board has decided that the community center will remain closed to event rentals, and the main office will remain closed to walk-ins, except by appointments for pool keys only. All other matters (Dues Payments, ARC Applications, Complaints, Etc.) will need to be addressed via phone, or email. (520) 297-7600 / [email protected]

The pools, playgrounds and ramadas are open under the conditions that users are responsible to take their own precautions to avoid spreading or contracting the virus.

We are grateful for your continued understanding and patience while your board of directors does their legal duty to thoroughly evaluate the safety of reopening the community center and main office.

Stay Healthy and Safe,

June 18, 2020 CRCA Pool Updates

Greetings!

This is just a quick update to let everyone know that the community center pool reopened this afternoon!

We also want to give a heads up that the Windmill Park pool by the main office will be closed this Monday, June 22nd, through noon the next day for maintenance to improve the water clarity.

Please let us know if you have any questions, and we hope everyone has a safe and fun weekend! ~ CRCA Management

Community Center Pool Temporarily Closed

Greetings!

The community center pool located at 8881 N. Coachline Blvd. will be closed for maintenance and is estimated to reopen by the middle of next week (06/18/2020). The pool key card reader on the gate was found to have been damaged due to an electrical surge, and the replacement part has been ordered and is on its way.

We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause, and we will work as quickly as possible to fix the gate. In the meantime, please enjoy the Windmill Park pool located at 9150 N. Coachline Boulevard.

Pools and Common Areas

Greetings!

With Governor Ducey’s new order announced 05/12/2020 allowing for pools to reopen, many Continental Ranch residents are understandably anxious to return to the pools.

Similar to Pima County Parks and Recreation, the two pools and splash pad in Continental Ranch are not yet open, and the CRCA Board of Directors will be discussing the possibility of reopening common areas like the pools at their meeting scheduled for 5/19/2020, 6:45 P.M. at the Community Center. Social distancing measures will be followed at the meeting including only allowing up to 10 people within the building at a time, and face masks will be required to be worn in order to attend the meeting. An email blast will be sent out the day after the board meeting to notify residents of their decision.

We are grateful for your continued understanding and patience while your board of directors does their legal duty to thoroughly evaluate the safety of reopening the pools and other common areas for the whole community. Please call the office at 520-297-7600 if you have any questions.

Stay healthy and safe,

~CRCA Management
