2012 Egg Hunt – Great Success!
This year’s 3rd annual Easter Egg Hunt was a huge success! Over 300 families came out to enjoy the great weather and fun activities! The Easter Bunny was hopping around for pictures with kids and families, meanwhile 6,000 eggs were eagerly hunted by children from ages 0-10. Continental Ranch raised over 560lbs of food for the Marana food bank! Thanks Continental Ranch residents! All About Parties was a great touch, with 3 jumping castles, free cotton candy, games and of course, the ever so famous, trackless train. The Vision Church band rocked the stage with their amazing talents, while Desert Diva face painters and Uncle Willy’s Balloons had their fair share of attention. A special thanks goes out to all of our volunteers who made this amazing event and many smiling faces possible. Stolen Recipe BBQ, Wild West Kettle Korn, Eegee’s and Panda Express were very much appreciated by all those who worked up an appetite while hunting for eggs! A free shuttle service was also provided this year for all of those residents who weren’t close enough to walk.
