President’s Message July/August 2026

I’m excited to share that we have a new management company taking over HOA Reliable Services! We’re thrilled to keep our amazing staff during this transition. It’s been wonderful to see so many of you enjoying the pools lately, especially with the warm weather we’ve been having. I’d like to remind everyone that the pool rules are in place to ensure a safe and fun experience for all at the pool and splash pad. Our pool monitors are present every day of the week. We did have an incident early in the pool season, so if you have any questions about the rules, lost and found items, pool hours, or anything else, please don’t hesitate to ask! We want to avoid any further incidents that might force us to close the pool. We also recently completed some work on the restrooms, so thank you for your patience during that time.

With the Fourth of July right around the corner, let’s celebrate our nation’s Independence Day and show our appreciation for the brave men and women who have fought for our freedoms. If you’re planning to celebrate, please remember to drink responsibly. Common injuries during fireworks celebrations involve hands and fingers, and burns can happen, too. Also, keep an eye on your furry friends during the fireworks, and if you happen to find a lost pet, please reach out to Marana Animal Control for help.

We’ve noticed that some of our neighbors enjoy feeding the birds, which is such a sweet gesture! However, it’s important to think about the possible impacts of this. While feeding birds can be well-intentioned, it can lead to challenges like the spread of diseases, changes in their natural behaviors, attracting predators, and even disrupting local ecosystems. Plus, we must consider the mess they create on cars and houses; after all, the natural world serves as a bathroom for birds. As a gentle reminder, please be considerate of your neighbors by cleaning up after your pets during walks. Keeping our community clean and enjoyable for everyone is important. Thank you for helping us create a friendly environment!
