Here are the homes that are participating in the CRCA Halloween Decorating Contest taking place on October 23rd from 6:30pm to 8:30pm.
The three winners will be announced in the January 2026 newsletter.
We hope you will enjoy driving around and seeing all the spooktacular decorations and lights.

To ensure the safety of all dogs, you will be required to pre-register at the office during the week prior to the event. Registration requirements are easy! Stop by the CRCA office to sign a liability release waiver. Be sure to bring your photo ID and proof that your dog is currently on all vaccinations.
If you’d like your furry pal to participate, please be respectful of other dog owners by making sure that your dog(s) are:
*At least 6-months old
*Spayed or neutered
*Friendly and used to group play
*Capable of swift swimming
Please keep in mind that if you do not pre-register at the office, you will not be allowed in the pool area with your dog.
Residents have until October 8th to sign up.
