I have been married 40 years. We have 5 children, 6 grandchildren and 1 great grandchild.
We currently share our lives with two dogs along with one cat. I grew up in Seattle and lived in Anchorage Alaska for 13 years before moving here to CRCA. I am semi-retired from the asphalt paving industry where I was paving superintendent the last 13 years. I have an asphalt consulting business and do training for Caterpillar Paving Products.
I have been BOD president for the past eight years, working hard to make the association more “homeowner friendly” and helping to improve the maintenance and appearance of our common areas. I started “Neighbors Helping Neighbors” in CRCA to help those in need to come into compliance because I believe in a sense of community and neighborly good-will. I believe a strong Association is one which is well managed by the Board yet does not impede on our daily living.
